How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

We deliver across Singapore. Standard delivery is $4 and takes 1–4 working days. Urgent delivery is $17 and takes 0–1 working day. Very large items may have a different fee, shown at checkout.

Can I buy in person or collect my order?

Yes. Our walk-in shop is at 50 Gambas Crescent, #03-07, Singapore 757022 (Mon–Fri 9:30am–5:30pm, Sat 9:30am–3:30pm, closed 12:30–1:30pm, Sundays and public holidays). You can also collect from our Bukit Panjang pickup point (40 Cashew Crescent), open daily 10am–10pm — please WhatsApp us on +65 8074 7032 before coming so someone is ready.

How do I know if an item is in stock at the shop?

Each product page shows the live stock at Sembawang and Bukit Panjang. Please check it before you come down, or WhatsApp us to confirm.

Can I order an item that shows 0 in stock?

Yes — many items can still be ordered when stock shows 0. These become pre-orders; WhatsApp us for the expected arrival date. (Pre-order items can't be returned — see the refund policy.)

Do you assemble ride-on cars?

Selected ride-ons have an Assembly option on the product page. Assembly is available for self-pickup orders and for orders collected by Lalamove or Grab.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Pre-order items can't be returned, and shipping fees aren't refundable.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, for manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp or by email and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your ride-on chargers safe to use in Singapore?

Chargers labelled "Safety Mark" on the product page carry Singapore's Safety Mark for registered electrical products. Some ride-ons are sold without a charger and offer a Safety Mark charger as an option — check the options before ordering.

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — Junior Adventures gift cards from $5 to $200, valid for 6 months.
