  • We accept returns only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is verified to be unopened and in original condition.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

  • All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • If your item is defective within the warranty period, please contact us with photo or video evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
